I desoldered this clone from a TV named COSMOS. It was controlled by a IR remote pad. The jostick port (white) seen in picture soldered by me. The cartidge was on it . It has some games like Magic Carpet, Cosmos Cop, Adam&Eve, Balloon Monster, Porter and Bookyman.

Sorry i miss pictured cartidge. Real one's pic is below.

This Clone seems to have used a 6501 variant along with a 6502 variant, So I'm assuming this is not a NES/Famicom clone.

Is there 4 out of 64 selectable colors * 4 Background palettes and 4 Sprite palettes? Is there one background layer? 64 Sprites? If not, Then it isn't

Note that there is no PPU as far as I can tell in the picture.

Looks like a NES to me. The "UM6516" chips are most likely RAM, the "16" means they have 2 KBytes of RAM, one chip is the main RAM and the other is the VRAM for name tables. The two larger chips must be CPU and PPU clones.
it is a NES for sure.
