Homebrew games on pirate multicarts

A lot of any actual pirate carts rarely have anything copyrighted by Nintendo. And that goes for a lot of the roms, no one really interferes with it.

One time I found a place selling GBA carts with NES games and Munchie Attack was on one of them. I emailed to ask if I could get a copy, but after that it was "out of stock".

And I saw some place selling GBA carts of "SUPER TETRIS DELUX". I asked about them on tetrisconcept.com, and it turned out they actually contain the homebrew game Rotris. This is a mode 7 Tetris clone similar to PuffTris, Tetripz, TOD, and Spew, that Yarin developed for a 4 KB homebrew competition.

I'd love for one of my own games to get on one of these multicarts, as long as the names "Damian Yerrick" and "Pin Eight" stay cited. Getting "published" is part of why I'm trying to polish Tetramino for a 1.0 release. If Garage Cart falls through, is there any way to contact these pirates?

Man that'd totally be awesome. Granted they leave your name in. (maybe a quik message that if pirates decide to use it you wont sue as long as they leave your name in?)
